Universal Metro Asian Services is a Not-For-Profit organization that serves immigrant populations of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a CCP Supervisor I. The ideal candidate will have experience working with older adults or in an adult day care environment and be fluent in Spanish. The role involves preparing schedules for Homecare Aides, monitoring the Electronic Visit Verification system, and conducting quarterly unannounced visits to Family Homecare Aides. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work autonomously. The salary for this position is $40,000 per year. As a CCP Supervisor I, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare schedules for Homecare Aides in the Santrax/Sandata Electronic Visit Verification system
  • Monitor the Electronic Visit Verification system to ensure Homecare Aides are following their programmed schedules
  • Conduct quarterly unannounced visits to Family Homecare Aides
  • Review the Monthly Activity Task Report to ensure it coincides with the Plan of Care for each participant
  • Assist with pre-employment and semi-annual trainings as needed
  • Attend meetings, conferences, or job-related presentations as assigned by the Executive Director and Immediate Supervisor
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Prior experience working with older adults or in an adult day care environment
  • Physical exam within the past 6 months
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to become certified
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, creative, flexible, and results-driven
  • Ability to be a productive team member
  • Fluency in Spanish is required
