Unlock Business Potential with Our Data Engineer Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our Business Intelligence team at Protein Works. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our enterprise data warehouse platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data pipelines using APIs, ETL, and ELT processes
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations using tools like Data Studio, Tableau, and Power BI
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions
  • Ensure data quality, security, and performance of our Data Lake/Warehouse
  • Support Data Analysts in generating impactful business insights and analysis

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with enterprise data warehouse platforms
  • Strong SQL skills and ability to write efficient queries
  • Significant API experience and knowledge of data pipeline/orchestration tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with the Google Cloud Platform and related technologies
  • Knowledge of statistical/machine learning/AI concepts and techniques
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code data platforms
