About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Fostering Team as a Team Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Social Workers and Family Support Workers, and to contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to our Foster Carers and children.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, with experience of managing teams and supervising Social Workers. They will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the needs of Foster Carers and children, and will be able to provide leadership and guidance to their team to ensure that we are delivering the best possible services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Social Workers and Family Support Workers
  • Supervise and support Social Workers to ensure that they are delivering high-quality services to Foster Carers and children
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that we are delivering the best possible services
  • Work closely with other teams and agencies to ensure that we are providing a comprehensive service to Foster Carers and children
  • Contribute to the development of our Fostering Service, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
