People Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Partner. This is a hands-on operational role that requires collaboration with our managers to foster employee well-being and engagement through various initiatives.
The People Partner will serve as the primary contact for people-related matters within their designated area, ensuring timely and accurate case management while upholding confidentiality and integrity.
This role plays a pivotal part in driving improvements, managing change, and overseeing structural adjustments across our multi-site teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support organisational change initiatives
- Manage and resolve employee relations cases, including preparing for Employment Tribunals
- Develop and implement proactive, customer-focused business solutions to HR challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the business
- Stay up-to-date with employment law and HR practices
