About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People & Culture Transformation Lead / HR Site Manager to join our team at The One Group. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in driving positive cultural change and engagement through a period of substantial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders in manufacturing to create a project plan aligned to projected growth
  • Design, develop, and implement specific change initiatives to drive cultural evolution
  • Devising and embedding new innovative ways of working to enhance organisational performance
  • Coaching senior leaders and managers in alternative ways of working to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Challenging the status quo to drive innovation and excellence
  • Line management of 2 HR Business Partners to ensure effective delivery of HR services
  • Partnership with Reward, ED&I, Resourcing, and Talent teams to attract and develop a diverse workforce
  • Champion and lead change initiatives to drive organisational transformation
Requirements
  • Experience of delivering and leading large-scale successful growth and improvement programmes, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Change management and/or project management accreditation, with a proven track record of running successful multi-disciplined programmes
  • Experience of organisation design and evolution, through expansion, diversification, and industrial capability growth
  • Trade Union negotiation and partnership experience is essential
  • Strong organisation and communication skills are essential
  • Previous HR Management experience would be ideal, including handling conflict, difficult Employee Relations cases, including disciplinary and grievances
