As a Field Care Supervisor, you will oversee the performance and well-being of our care staff, ensure compliance with care plans, and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular spot checks, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with care plans, company policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide on-the-spot support and guidance to care staff, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Ensure that all care documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of clients' needs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, acting as a point of contact for any queries or concerns.
  • Facilitate staff training and development in the field, ensuring that care workers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Provide emergency care cover when required.
  • Participate in on-call duties, including answering and dealing with emergency calls outside of office hours.
  • Compile reports on care quality, staff performance, and client satisfaction, presenting findings to senior management.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations and care coordination team to ensure seamless service delivery.
