Job Title: Account Director B2B Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead a portfolio of clients and drive new business opportunities within a global agency. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management: Work closely with mid and senior-level clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  2. Strategy Development: Deliver profitable strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  3. Account Management: Lead and manage the day-to-day activity of allocated accounts, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams, particularly the project management team, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  5. Financial Management: Ensure accurate and timely reporting, updating on all financial systems, and take responsibility for financial targets and growth of accounts.
  6. Mentorship: Mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.

About You:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in B2B experience, preferably 5+ years, with a proven track record of leading on projects and driving business growth. You should have a solid understanding of the latest B2B marketing trends and be able to identify new business opportunities with a consultative approach.
