About the Role:

  1. Client Management: Work closely with mid and senior-level clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  2. Strategy Development: Deliver profitable strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  3. Account Management: Lead and manage the day-to-day activity of allocated accounts, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality results.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams, particularly the project management team, to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Project Scoping: Ensure projects are scoped tightly to meet client needs and expectations.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Provide accurate and timely reporting, updating on all financial systems, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  7. Financial Targets: Take responsibility for financial targets and growth of accounts, driving business growth and profitability.
  8. Mentorship: Mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

About You:

  1. Experience: Solid B2B experience, preferably 5+ years, in an agency or client-side environment.
  2. Leadership: Ability to lead on projects and drive business growth.
  3. ABM Experience: ABM experience would be beneficial.
  4. Marketing Trends: Understanding of the latest B2B marketing trends and their application in a global agency setting.
  5. Responsibility: Someone who takes responsibility at all times, ensuring high-quality results and business growth.
  6. Communication: Ability to communicate with confidence and clarity with senior stakeholders and clients.
  7. New Business Opportunities: Ability to identify new business opportunities for clients with a consultative approach.
