Technical Manager - Injection Moulding

The Workshop is seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to lead our Injection Moulding team in the Littlehampton area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding the moulding production team to ensure the highest quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the moulding production team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and delivery of products.
  • Monitor and control production costs, inventory, and quality metrics.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in injection moulding and cleanroom assembly for medical devices.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and ability to implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
