Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: Be part of an evolving team to focus on customers within the Pharmaceutical and Biotech segments at a time of significant change and growth.
  • Annual Operating Plan: Reach and exceed Annual Operating Plan set for territory, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive the growth of laboratory equipment and consumables, working closely with key distributors and partners.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities and delivering solutions through various channels, including channel partners and e-commerce platforms.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, anticipating pipeline changes and enabling proactive planning to address shortfalls.
  • Customer Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records are maintained, supporting effective sales and customer engagement strategies.
