Marketing Manager

Join Axon Moore Group Ltd as a Marketing Manager and take on a challenging role that will drive business growth and improvement in brand health, lead generation, and sales. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans that deliver business growth and improvement in brand health, lead generation, and sales.
  • Lead the Marketing Team: Oversee the work of 3 members of the marketing team, including Digital and Social Media, Events Manager, and CRM.
  • Brand Awareness and Consumer Engagement: Drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales, ensuring all commercial and strategic goals are met.
  • External Agency and Supplier Relationships: Manage external agency and supplier relationships to maximize return on investment.
  • Media and Influencer Relationships: Build and manage relationships with key media and influencers to drive KPIs.
  • Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Understand product, dealer, and consumer markets, identifying target markets and analyzing market trends.
  • Collaboration with Sales and CRM: Closely cooperate with sales, CRM, and other key stakeholders to secure a best practice level of implementation of marketing strategy.
  • Brand Activation and Tool Kits: Lead the execution and implementation process for brand activation tool kits from briefing requirements to multi-channel deployment.
  • Reporting and Budget Management: Conduct relevant reporting activities to measure efficiency and commercial success, and manage budgets and costs within agreed measures.
Requirements:
  • High Professional Maturity: Demonstrate high professional maturity and strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Collaboration and Influencing: Show high influencing skills and ability to make fact-based decisions, and be highly collaborative.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Possess strong analytical skills, and be structured, organized, and process-oriented.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong business acumen and ability to assume a broader perspective (cross-markets).
  • Teamwork and Pressure Management: Show ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, a working week of 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, and pension. If you are looking for an opportunity with growth and progression, this is the role for you.
