Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Scalaleadership. As a key member of our OOH/Foodservice team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key national foodservice accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national foodservice accounts.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and strategize on expanding market share.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to align strategies and support customer needs.
  • Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure favourable terms, pricing, and promotional opportunities.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in national account management within OOH and Foodservice.
  • A good understanding of the Wholesale route to market and working with end users.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
