A key role within The Portfolio Group, the HR Office Manager will play a pivotal part in driving operational excellence and customer engagement.
This exciting opportunity will see you leading a team of professionals, providing clear leadership and technical support to ensure day-to-day functional operation meets productivity and quality standards.
- Mentor and monitor team members to ensure they provide commercially focused, quality advice to clients, identifying knowledge gaps for training and development purposes.
- Oversee team management, ensuring all protocols and KPIs are met, and client SLAs are adhered to with no outstanding work.
- Liaise with clients to discuss their requirements and needs, in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Address client complaints relating to departmental issues, ensuring they are dealt with appropriately and within the SLA.
- Build and maintain a cohesive and motivated team, providing leadership and support to colleagues and peers, ensuring best practice is shared across group companies.
