About Us: Daventry Town Football Club operates a Leisure Facility in Daventry with a mission to inspire everyone to embrace football and have fun doing so.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Duty Facilities Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Leisure Facility, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Leisure Facility, including supervising staff and ensuring that all facilities are clean and well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
