Job Title: Duty/Facilities Manager
About Us: Daventry Town Football Club operates a Leisure Facility in Daventry, providing a first-class sports and leisure experience for the community.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Duty/Facilities Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, including managing bookings, coordinating events, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facility bookings and coordinate events to ensure seamless execution
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, visitors, and stakeholders
- Ensure the facility is maintained to a high standard, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve facility operations and customer experience
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 40 hours per week availability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
