Duty/Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Duty/Facilities Manager to join our team at Daventry Town Football Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure facility, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the leisure facility, including supervising staff and coordinating activities
  • Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 40 hours per week
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
