The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the centre is clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Facing: Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every visitor has a fantastic time.
- Team Management: Inspire, coach, and develop your team to achieve their best every day.
- Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of the facility, including maintenance, cleaning, and safety protocols.
- Commercial: Drive revenue growth across all lines, implementing new business plans and strategies.
- Financial: Manage budgets, banking, and stock control, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work weekday evenings and weekends.
- Abundance of energy, enthusiasm, and drive.
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences in fast-paced environments.
- Head for business and experience in promoting and growing revenue lines.
- Valid driving licence.
