Job Overview:

The Eames Group is seeking a talented Global Head of Human Resources to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading our global HR function and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing guidance on HR best practices
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including lawyers and consultants, to ensure appropriate levels of support
  • Oversight of leave management, including maternity, sick, bereavement, and other leave types
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires alongside the HR team
  • Review exit interview feedback and provide reports on trends and remedial action
  • Ensure effective implementation of PDP and performance processes, holding leaders accountable
  • Manage any litigation that may arise and liaise with external legal support as required
  • Manage and administer payroll
  • Manage benefits and assess our benefits offering
  • Ensure compensation is fair, and pay rises are triggered as required
  • Benchmark salary and commission schemes to ensure competitive rates
  • Manage location-specific filings, such as MOM/tax filings in Asia
  • Manage visa/employment pass applications
  • Manage the employee engagement survey, reporting findings and remedial actions
  • Lead on HR administration globally and management of the HR team, as well as external HR parties
  • Identify and implement HR initiatives as part of company-wide growth and lead HR projects
Requirements:
  • Employment law knowledge, ideally with experience in UK employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented HR initiatives
What We Offer:

Competitive salary of £90,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience
