About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Benefits Delivery Team, responsible for delivering a mix of agreed standard customer changes in line with our backlog prioritization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of customer changes, minimizing impacts to ongoing services and mitigating risk.
  • Identify client objectives, negotiate between core and future phasing to efficiently adhere to agreed delivery timeframes.
  • Monitor and control project delivery across internal teams and external teams/clients, identifying and challenging delays and obstacles.
  • Plan, estimate effort, report status, and track project progress.
  • Drive issue resolution, enable reporting, and manage escalations.
  • Promote and support services and solutions to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify efficiency gains across team projects, aligning requirements across all approved projects to deliver standard features.
  • Lead and mentor Project Manager direct reports, supporting the delivery of their projects as needed.
  • Comply with Group rules and policies, delegating powers and processes as required.
  • Ensure team leadership, alignment, and motivation, cultivating organizational diversity, developing talents, and maximizing people engagement.
Requirements
  • Highly organized, with experience working with Agile project methodology and JIRA.
  • Excellent organization skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, persistent, and able to work hard in a fast-paced environment to deliver objectives.
  • Ability to negotiate on scope to deliver MVPs and subsequent phases to accelerate project delivery.
  • Proven leadership capabilities in project management and program delivery.
  • Strong leadership base on values and people respect, with a motivator's attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong experience in change management, with flexibility to cope with changing priorities.
  • Focused on delivery to agreed scope, quality, and timeframe with customer satisfaction as a core principle.
  • Ability to multitask across different projects and multiple objectives.
  • Ability to work with external international clients in a customer-facing business with strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate others to attain desired delivery objectives and outcomes.
  • Positive attitude and outlook, determined, enthusiastic, and resilient.
  • Willing to integrate within an existing team, work independently with agreed remit and autonomy.
  • Willing to occasionally travel to clients.
  • Experience working with stakeholders/clients at a senior level.
