Job Overview

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a highly skilled IT Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects across the entire division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and ensuring the timely completion of projects within budget and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, sponsors, and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  2. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  4. Provide regular project updates to various stakeholders, including sponsors, team members, and other project stakeholders.
  5. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
Requirements
  1. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  2. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  3. Experience leading projects through the full life cycle.
  4. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  5. Demonstrated understanding of IT operations and user experience.
