Ecologist to Senior Ecologist

We are seeking an experienced ecologist or senior ecologist to join our team at FPCR Environment and Design Ltd. As a leading integrated design practice, we offer a dynamic and diverse work environment that fosters growth and development.
As an ecological consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering high-quality ecological assessments, surveys, and mitigation strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing ecological projects, collaborating with our talented team of ecologists, landscape architects, and environmental planners.
- Conducting surveys, assessments, and preparing ecological reports, with a strong focus on project management and meeting deadlines.
- Providing expert advice on UK ecology legislation, guidelines, and best practice, with a focus on biodiversity net gain and the DEFRA Statutory Biodiversity Metric.
- Collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

What you can expect in return:
Salary: Ecologist £26-30.5K; Senior Ecologist £32-£36K dependent on experience
