About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef to join our Prezzo team in Hinckley. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Italian cuisine to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes to meet the demands of a busy restaurant.
  • Manage your section of the kitchen, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team to achieve our culinary goals.
  • Develop and maintain a passion for Italian cuisine, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes.
