We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor to join our team at Integral UK. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients across Greater London.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Attend and complete planned maintenance and reactive works as scheduled, including breakdowns and troubleshooting.
  • Have experience in installing and replacing air conditioning systems, including retrofits and system replacements.
  • Carry out fault finding and troubleshooting on all air conditioning systems.
  • Produce quotations for works and remedials following service visits.
  • Work on a variety of air conditioning systems, including splits, VRFS, AHUs, and DX systems, as well as some central plant.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team when necessary.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, including FGAS documentation, and update logbooks in client premises.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • C&G 2079 Cat 1 certification.
  • NVQ Level 3 or similar qualification.
  • F-Gas certification.
  • Good mechanical and electrical background.
  • Must have experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs.
  • Sound understanding of health and safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities.
  • Must be prepared to work out of hours when required and on a scheduled call-out rota.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • UK driving license.
  • Good understanding of IT packages, including Outlook and Word.
