Job Title: Air Conditioning Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Supervisor to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients across Greater London.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend and complete planned maintenance and reactive works as scheduled, including breakdowns and troubleshooting.
  • Have experience in installing and maintaining air conditioning systems, including retrofits and system replacements.
  • Troubleshoot and fault-find on all air conditioning systems, including Splits, VRFS, AHUs, and DX systems.
  • Produce quotations for works and remedials following service visits.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, including FGAS documentation, and update logbooks in client premises.
  • Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota to ensure our clients receive prompt and reliable service.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • C&G 2079 Cat1 certification.
  • NVQ Level 3 or similar qualification.
  • F-Gas certification.
  • Good mechanical and electrical background, with experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs.
  • Sound understanding of health and safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities.
  • Ability to work out of hours when required and on a scheduled call-out rota.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • UK driving license.
  • Good understanding of IT packages, including Outlook and Word.
