Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Supervisor to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a key member of our facilities and maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients across Greater London.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend and complete planned maintenance and reactive works as scheduled, including breakdowns and troubleshooting.
  • Install and maintain air conditioning systems, including retrofits and system replacements.
  • Conduct thorough fault-finding and troubleshooting on all air conditioning systems.
  • Produce quotations for works and remedials following service visits.
  • Work on a variety of air conditioning systems, including splits, VRFS, AHUs, and DX systems, as well as some central plant.
  • Collaborate with other team members as needed and work independently.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and update logbooks in client premises.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as required.
  • Utilize company-provided vehicles, uniforms, PDA, and mobile phones.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • C&G 2079 Cat1 certification.
  • NVQ Level 3 or similar qualification.
  • F-Gas certification.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical background.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs.
  • Sound understanding of health and safety obligations related to maintenance activities.
  • Ability to work out of hours and participate in a scheduled call-out rota.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Proficiency in IT packages, including Outlook, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
