We are seeking a compassionate and organized Individualized Learning Coach to support students with special educational needs at beBee Professionals in Fulham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in students' lives.

About the Position:
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop personalized learning plans that address students' unique needs.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, encouraging students to reach their full potential.

The salary for this position is around £39,000 - £43,000 per annum, including a comprehensive benefits package. You will also have access to ongoing professional development and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IEPs in collaboration with teaching staff, ensuring students receive the support they need.
  • Assist students with daily tasks, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, sharing insights with teachers and parents.

This role requires experience working with children with SEN, strong communication skills, and patience. Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
