We are currently seeking an Advanced Recovery Practitioner to join our team. This role offers a highly rewarding opportunity to build a brighter future for communities and individuals in Hammersmith & Fulham. As part of our expanding drug and alcohol services, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality interventions and support to those in need.
The Ideal Candidate
Essential Requirements:
- Conduct thorough assessments of service users' needs and risk assessments, formulating recovery plans that acknowledge personal goals.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions, fostering effective partnerships with multidisciplinary teams and agencies.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and coaching to staff, promoting their development and standards of care.
- Promote knowledge sharing within the organization, representing Turning Point nationally as required.
- Radiate expertise in substance use and mental health or complex needs intervention.
