We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Responsibility Manager to join our team at M&G plc. As a key member of our Corporate Responsibility team, you will play a critical role in driving our business's commitment to Corporate Responsibility and Sustainable Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Volunteering and Fundraising:

  • Develop and implement volunteering strategies to engage employees and promote community involvement.
  • Manage and coordinate fundraising initiatives to support our charitable programs.
  • Oversee the capture and reporting of volunteering data to track our impact.

Community Investment:

  • Support the development of our Corporate Responsibility policy and strategy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver local events that promote our community investment initiatives.
  • Manage the M&G in the Community Fund, including applications, quarterly virtual meetings, and charitable donations payments.

Reporting and Communications:

  • Collect and analyze data to track our community activity and impact.
  • Coordinate communications across the business to promote our flagship and volunteering programs.
  • Develop reports to illustrate our community activity and impact across M&G Prudential.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainable Development issues with a commercial perspective.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop further understanding of business-specific CR and SD issues.
