Overview

Solutions Engineering Recruitment is seeking a talented Technical Sales Specialist to join their Lifecycle Sales Department. This role will focus on providing technical expertise and support for existing customers, with a primary emphasis on retrofit projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, facilitating project delivery, and acting as a key communication link between customers and the company's manufacturing hub in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Providing expert guidance and resolving complex technical queries from customers.
  • Customer Liaison: Acting as the main point of contact for customer queries and managing expectations during project delivery.
  • Project Management: Overseeing the smooth execution of small-scale retrofit projects for existing machine installations.
  • Coordination: Communicating effectively with the German manufacturing facility, ensuring project timelines and customer requirements are met.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • If no qualification, the ability to demonstrate technical engineering capabilities is required.
  • Background in applications engineering, service engineering, or a similar role, preferably within manufacturing, OEM, or automation industries.
