A respected and growing firm of Financial Advisers is seeking a skilled Financial Services Administrator to work with their clients. With a strong presence in Greater Manchester, the firm offers first-class training and support, as well as ongoing career development opportunities.

A new opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist / Client Service Coordinator to join the firm's professional Altrincham office. The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Working on the front desk with another team member
  • Answering and transferring calls, as well as taking messages when necessary
  • Running reports for annual reviews and liaising with advisers to identify clients who require booking
  • Notifying clients of upcoming annual financial reviews and scheduling appointments with advisers
  • Preparing financial review packs
  • Generating reports on client birthdays and sending digital greetings on behalf of advisers
  • Organizing client gifts as requested
  • Performing various administrative tasks as needed

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to effectively interact with high-net-worth individuals. Previous experience working in professional services is essential, and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of clients is required.
