IFA Administrator Job Description

NJR Recruitment is partnering with a boutique firm of Independent Financial Planners to find an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team in Altrincham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisers, ensuring efficient processing of client work and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage client data in the Intelligent Office system, ensuring up-to-date information and compliance.
  • Process new business, fund switches, and annual reviews, liaising with providers to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Prepare client files, obtain plan valuations, and produce client letters as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining organized electronic filing systems and escalating any breaches or complaints.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Fast and accurate data input skills, with strong organizational abilities and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of the financial services sector, with at least 1 year's experience in a similar role.
