Job Title

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with unique needs, enabling them to reach their full potential.

Job Summary

As a Learning Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting learners with severe and complex needs
  • Working closely with teachers to develop and implement individualised learning plans
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to learners
Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering tailored support to learners with complex needs
  • Collaborating with teachers to create inclusive learning environments
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience working with young adults with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can also expect:
