About the Role:

  • You will work closely with teachers to support the planning and delivery of lessons tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Developing individualized learning plans will be a crucial aspect of your role, allowing you to cater to the diverse requirements of each pupil.
  • Providing emotional support and guidance is also an essential part of this position, ensuring students feel valued and supported throughout their academic journey.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working with students who have special educational needs is highly desirable, as is a strong background in education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students.
  • A patient and empathetic approach when interacting with students is essential, allowing you to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic organization.
