Education Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Education Specialist to join our dynamic team at Austin Fraser. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching Philosophy, Ethics, and Theology to students across Key Stages 3 to 5.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with experience of teaching RE across KS3 and KS4. They will also have the ability to adapt their teaching methods to suit the needs of the students, promoting independent learning and further reading.
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Philosophy, Ethics, and Theology
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and implement new curriculum materials to meet the needs of students
