Care Home Administrator

As a Care Home Administrator at Wood Care Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our care teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Provide support to care teams, including scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and scanning/photocopying documents
- Assist with payroll preparation, including providing relevant data and planning events
- Ensure staff files are uploaded, stored, and managed correctly
- Liaise with Head Office Accounts Team regarding fees, admissions, and occupancy
