Senior Facades Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facades Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Galliford Try. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our facade projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risk.
- Manage and coordinate the preparation of tender documents, including budgets, schedules, and contracts.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that commercial requirements are met.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports to stakeholders, including project managers, directors, and clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that commercial objectives are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that our commercial operations are compliant and efficient.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facades Quantity Surveyor who can demonstrate a strong track record of delivering commercial success in the construction industry. You will have a deep understanding of commercial principles, including cost management, risk assessment, and contract administration.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. You will also be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex commercial data and develop effective solutions to drive business growth.
