Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join our team at DCV Technologies Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing properties and supporting residents in Swindon.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Regularly inspect properties, arrange maintenance, and ensure they meet health and safety standards.
  • Resident Support: Provide welfare checks, signpost services, and arrange transport or relocation as needed.
  • Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of 200-250 residents, ensuring their well-being and timely move-on.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Some experience as a Housing Officer or similar role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are required.
  • Qualifications: A full UK driving licence is necessary for this role.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is approximately £31,000 per annum, with additional benefits including 25 days annual leave, health membership, and life cover.
