Project Manager - Demolition Team

Hughes and Salvidge Ltd, a leading demolition contractor, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple demolition projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with site teams to achieve operational goals, budget, and client expectations.
  • Develop and implement Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Demolition Programmes.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage contracts and commercial expectations, ensuring effective project management.

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as CCDO Manager or Construction Management Degree.
  • Strong construction management background and site experience.
  • Able to work from our Head office base on the South Coast.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
