We are seeking a highly skilled Demolition Project Manager to join our team at Hughes and Salvidge Ltd. As a key member of our Demolition team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across the UK, ensuring quality, cost, budget, and client delivery timescales are met.

**Key Responsibilities**
---------------------

* Project manage multiple projects across the UK
* Support operational delivery of projects in conjunction with site team management
* Provide direction and management to the demolition team
* Develop strong relationships and liaise regularly with clients and stakeholders
* Develop Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Demolition Programmes

**Requirements**
------------

* Some construction management background and site experience required
* Able to work from our Head office base on the South Coast
* Demonstrable contracts and commercial experience
* Relevant Professional Qualifications (CCDO Manager, CSCS Manager's black card, Construction Management Degree)
* Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects
* Full UK driving licence is essential
