Support Worker Position

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Support Worker to join our team and provide excellent care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration.
  • Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with light domestic duties.
  • Accompanying customers on outings and providing companionship.
Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 (Monday - Friday) and £12.50 (Saturday & Sunday).
  • Mileage allowance of 32p per mile.
  • Opportunity to earn up to £1000* by referring friends to our care services.
  • Fully funded training up to QCF level 5.
