Job Description

This role involves working with individuals to prevent or relieve homelessness by sourcing affordable, suitable, and sustainable private rented sector accommodation. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, liaise with stakeholders, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Transferrable skills and/or housing experience
  • Able to demonstrate skills and values in the following areas: supporting people to prevent and relieve homelessness, demonstrating a pro-active and solution-focused approach, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, liaising and negotiating with stakeholders, actively contributing to sourcing suitable and affordable accommodation, excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills.
