We are seeking an experienced Homeless Prevention Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of outreach workers and developing strategies to prevent homelessness in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and motivate a team of outreach workers to achieve set goals and objectives
  2. Develop and implement effective housing solutions to support vulnerable clients
  3. Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure seamless delivery of services
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs and make recommendations for improvement

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as social work or business administration, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. A competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this full-time contract position.
