We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at TwentyOne Twelve Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and help shape and grow a new client services offering for our retail-focused interior design studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Grow accounts and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and networking.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director and Creative Director to develop and implement a client services strategy.
  • Lead a team of account managers and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent client service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in the retail design industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Possess a creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Must be UK based with Full Right to Work in the UK.
