We are seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Manager to join our team at Millbank Holdings.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing proposal and estimating activities to support our business strategy. This will involve carrying out proposal and estimating activities, taking full responsibility for assigned proposals, and leading large single-discipline proposals and medium complexity multi-discipline proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out proposal and estimating activities
  • Take full responsibility for assigned proposals, leading and managing to deliver high-quality proposals in a timely manner that reflect agreed strategies and are compliant with relevant procedures
  • Lead large single-discipline proposals and medium complexity multi-discipline proposals, responsible for all aspects including estimate/costing, price, technical and commercial submission documents, contractual reviews, and approvals
  • Actively seek relevant input from others required to develop proposal, recognising strengths and areas for improvement
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable contracting experience in areas such as oil & gas, nuclear, utilities, and power. They will be able to drive all proposing and estimating activities, and have a strong understanding of proposal development and management.
