We are currently seeking a skilled Care & Support Worker to join our team at Green Meadows, Freshwater, Isle of Wight. This part-time role offers a competitive salary of £15,704 (£21,985 FTE) for 25 hours per week. As a Care & Support Worker, you will work closely with our residents and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop tailored care plans to meet those needs.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have experience working with vulnerable adults. You will also require a driving licence and access to a vehicle, as well as basic IT skills.
