- Ensure clear and concise record-keeping practices.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with teenage boys or individuals with challenging behaviors.
- A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Relevant diploma or certification in residential childcare or a related field.
- Ability to engage residents in activities, provide guidance, and support their transition to independence.
- Flexibility with working hours, including shift work and occasional weekend duties.
- Capacity to manage conflicts, set boundaries, and provide individualized care.

Compensation and Benefits:
- An estimated salary of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A generous sleep-in allowance of £35 per week (48 weeks per year).
