Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Adviser to support our managers through operational growth and transitions. As an HR Adviser, you will work closely with the Head of HR to provide comprehensive HR support, including employee relations, policy development, training, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance to managers and teams on employee-related matters
  • Develop and communicate policies and processes
  • Administer new starter packs, offers, and contracts
  • Support recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and interviews
  • Conduct initial investigations and liaise with apprentices and partners
  • Prepare payroll and sponsorship applications
  • Ensure legal compliance on matters such as Right to Work
  • Deliver training needs and achieve FLOW targets
  • Support the Head of HR in project work and improving employee experience
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven HR experience, preferably in hospitality or a fast-paced industry
  • Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience using HR systems and issuing contracts
  • Multi-site experience advantageous
