Job Summary

We're looking for an HR Adviser to provide comprehensive HR support to our managers and team members. As an HR Adviser, you'll work closely with our Head of HR to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and team members on employee-related matters
  • Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Administer new starter packs, contracts, and benefits
  • Support recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and interviewing
  • Conduct initial investigations and provide support on employee relations matters
  • Prepare and administer payroll, including ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR on projects and initiatives to improve employee experience and engagement
Requirements
  • Proven HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector or a fast-paced industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with managers and team members
  • Experience with HR systems and software
