Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Lead to develop and execute a content strategy that positions Userled as a thought leader in enterprise sales. This role will be responsible for crafting compelling content that supports marketing and sales teams in helping customers find the right people to partner with, the right processes to set the foundation for success, and the right technology to scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that establishes Userled as a top-of-mind resource for companies selling into enterprises.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to produce highly targeted, personalized content that engages key accounts and drives pipeline growth.
  • Content Creation & Management: Oversee the production of high-quality content across formats (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, etc.) to educate and convert target audiences at different stages of the buying journey.
  • Stay on Top of Trends: Keep up with content and marketing trends, such as generative SEO, and apply best practices to Userled's content strategy.
  • Social Content Focus: Drive engagement on social platforms, particularly LinkedIn, by creating compelling social content that amplifies our brand voice and connects with our target audience.
  • SEO & Conversion Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and designed to increase engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Monitor & Analyze Performance: Track and analyze content performance metrics, using insights to continuously improve content impact and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Content Marketing Experience: Proven experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B, SaaS, or enterprise sales.
  • Candidates should have: A clear and engaging writing style, with the ability to transform complex ideas into simple, engaging content that resonates with readers.
  • Experience with Sales/MarTech or Enterprise Solutions: While ABM expertise isn't required, experience working in salestech, martech, or enterprise solutions is a strong plus.
  • Ambitious & Innovative: Highly ambitious and innovative, always pushing the boundaries of what's possible, driven to create content that stands out from the 99% of what's out there.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams.
