Location: Our Head Office in Freshwater on the Isle of Wight

We're on a mission to change the fashion industry's impact on the planet by creating a circular supply chain that allows waste material to be turned into new products. We're looking for Casual Community Experience Assistants to join our customer service team at our Freshwater site.

You'll be helping with:

  • Answering customer queries to a 5-star standard
  • Resolving quality concerns with the factory team
  • Answering customer phone calls

You'll have:

  • A belief in providing world-class customer service and creating a positive experience for our customers
  • Empathy towards our customers, treating them as more than just a number
  • Strong written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Confidence to speak to customers on the phone and help to resolve their queries

This role will give you the chance to join one of the most exciting companies on the Isle of Wight, printing and distributing sustainable products that are shipped across the globe.

There is also potential for additional casual work in our factory team if you would like to increase your availability.
